A history of experience and innovation
Virginio Nastri is a company that specialises in the design and production of industrial material handling systems for different production sectors.
For more than 50 years we have been developing tailor-made solutions to optimise every phase of the production process, combining technical skill with industrial experience and a capacity for innovation.
1964
Domenico Virginio starts his first business, specialising in the production of mechanical components for different industrial applications.
From the very beginning the company stands out for its practical approach based on production quality while laying the foundations for solid growth in the manufacturing sector.
1970-1980
The business develops with the introduction of plastic moulding and the purchase of the first injection moulding machine.
Internal production requirements lead to the creation of the first conveyor belts, designed to improve piece cooling and optimise the production process.
This is where the company’s distinctive know-how takes shape.
1991
Virginio Nastri is established with the entry of the second generation.
The company focuses on the design, production and marketing of conveyor belts for the injection moulding sector, transforming an internal requirement into a true core business.
2009
Virginio Nastri increases its range by entering into the packaging and industrial automation sectors.
The design approach is completely revamped, with the development of handling systems that are continually more developed, custom designed and suitable for the specific applicative requirements of each client.
2020
The company invests in infrastructures and technology, acquiring two production sites between Arzignano and Montebello Vicentino. The sites have cutting-edge machinery for processing steel, among which fibre laser cutting, bending machines and advanced welding systems, with direct control of the whole production process being guaranteed.
In the Arzignano factory a hot-cold system that runs on photovoltaic energy was installed, allowing us to completely eliminate the use of gas. All the company areas are climatised, guaranteeing collaborator comfort and wellbeing all year round. An investment that mixes environmental sustainability, reduced emissions and quality in the working area.
Today and the future
Virginio Nastri looks toward the future with the same determination that has guided its growth over the years. The company is constantly committed to studying and developing new systems, technologies and production lines that will open new opportunities in terms of efficiency, production capacity and service quality.
